My Sprint Points were declined

The most common reasons why stores will decline Sprint Points are as follows:

  • Another link was clicked on immediately before your purchase.
  • Coupons or discount offers from outside of your Sprint Points website were used.
  • Cookies were blocked by anti-virus software.

Other less common reasons are as follows:

  • Your cookies were turned off.
  • You cancelled or returned the order.
  • The order was placed off-line by calling the merchant.
  • You purchased a gift card or gift certificate.
  • You purchased an item that did not qualify for Sprint Points. Please check the Sprint Points guidelines with each merchant before completing a purchase.
  • You purchased an item online, but picked it up the order in-store. Some stores will not issue Sprint Points for in-store pick up so please read the merchant guidelines before completing your purchase.
  • You purchased prescription medications. Prescription medications (for humans and pets) are not eligible for Sprint Points.
  • You purchased a gaming system. Most merchants do not issue Sprint Points for gaming systems. Please read the merchant guidelines before completing your purchases.
