Missing or inaccurate Sprint Points

Sprint Points are calculated on the subtotal of your purchase. Sprint Points are not available on shipping and handling, taxes or purchases made with gift cards. If you find the amount your received to be incorrect, please submit a Missing Sprint Points Inquiry. If you don’t see the merchant or transaction in the inquiry link, please contact Care here.

Missing Sprint Points? Don’t worry – it can take up to 7 days for your Sprint Points to show up in your account after a purchase. Some merchants report the sale the same day and others can take up to a week. If your purchase has not showed up in your account after 7 days, we can help. Please submit a Missing Sprint Points Inquiry and we will track down the purchase and respond back via email within three business days. If you don’t see the merchant or transaction in the inquiry link, please contact Care here.

Please Note – You can file a claim for up to 65 days after your purchase, but it is best to inquiry as quickly as possible after the 7-day wait period.
