I purchased travel services (car rental, hotel & airfare); when will my Sprint Points change from Pending to Available?

Travel purchases convert from “pending” Sprint Points to “available” Sprint points 60 days after the travel has taken place. Services purchased in advance are not considered rendered until the reservation has been executed. For example, if you booked a hotel two weeks in advance on hotel.com, your pending Sprint Sprints will be reflected in your account before your stay. Once you have checked out, the 60-day countdown from pending to available begins. For the purpose of the pilot, all travel must be completed by October 31st, 2015 for the associated Sprint Points to be applied to your bill by February 28th, 2016.
