What is the difference between Pending Points and Available Sprint Points?

Pending Sprint Points are those that show up in your account within 7 days of an “eligible transaction” (see definition in Q&A). Pending Points do not have value and are held for 60 days to allow for exchanges and returns. If after the holding period the items have not been returned or exchanged, the Pending Points are changed to Available Points.

Available Sprint Points are considered final, have value and can be applied to your Sprint bill as described in the program rules.

Note: For paid travel reservations (airfare, car rental & hotel), the 60-day holding period starts after the services have been rendered. For the purpose of the trial, travel must be completed by October 31st, 2015 to earn the service credit.
